Wheel and Brake Repair and Overhaul

Aircraft Wheels and Brakes

When an aircraft comes into land, it travels at speeds between 100 and 200 miles per hour. Aircraft wheels and brakes are specially designed for high speed and efficient performance, even on rough or rugged surfaces like gravel or grass strips. Therefore, aircraft wheels and brakes should be serviced by reputable FAA-certified service repair stations to ensure that they meet the strict safety requirements and hold up when lives are on the line!

Aerospace Services and Products, Inc. has been certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and abides by all safety regulations. This way, no matter how old or worn your aircraft wheels and brakes are, you can rest assured that they will be serviced with safety in mind.

Aerospace Services and Products, Inc. uses state-of-the-art technology to do a thorough inspection of your aircraft wheels and brakes. We perform non-destructive inspections(NDT) on all aircraft wheel tie bolts for safety, even when the FAA does not require it!

Aircraft Brake Overhaul

Safety is our priority in all that we do. That's why Aerospace Services and Products Inc. uses only aircraft-grade paints, primers, and coatings on the wheel and brake assemblies to guard against corrosion and damage. The aircraft urethane we use to coat wheel halves, and brake housings are baked to ensure maximum durability and hardness. Additionally, we repair and re-treat minor nicks, gouges, scratches, and corrosion as part of the normal overhaul process at no additional charge.

We are qualified to work on all Wheel Assemblies produced by Goodrich, Meggitt (formerly Aircraft Braking Systems and Dunlop Aerospace), Messier-Bugatti, and all brake assemblies produced by Goodrich and Meggitt.

At Aerospace Services and Products, we provide the highest quality service and products to ensure the safety of commercial and business aircraft. Not only do we adhere to thorough safety regulations and guidelines, but we go above and beyond to ensure safety and durability so you can rest assured that your airplane wheels or brakes will be serviced to the highest level of quality.
